Chef Jaime Stankevicius is the Executive Chef and Catering Director for the Neversink General Store.
Previously, Jaime has worked as Catering Manager for Toqueverte in New York City and for Jean Georges at the prestigious restaurant JoJo’s.
His culinary background is firmly rooted in his Brazilian upbringing and his horizon keeps expanding as a result of many trips around the world exploring different cuisines.
